Henderson Symphony Brass Quintet: Honoring America’s Veterans

Nothing compares to hearing the opening of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, the four most iconic notes in music, performed live. Artistic Advisor Taras Krysa leads the Henderson Symphony Orchestra at UNLV’s Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall in Beethoven’s triumphant Fifth Symphony. The program also features the dramatic energy of Wagner’s Rienzi Overture and Barber’s nostalgic Knoxville: Summer of 1915, starring local soprano Athena Mertes.
