Conductor Camp
Pass the baton to emerging artists and empower the future of classical music. HSO commits to inclusion by creating opportunities.
The Henderson Symphony Orchestra launched its first Conductor Camp program in 2019 with grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Nevada Arts Council and we look forward to hosting more conductors from around the country and beyond for years to come.
The original Camp’s success grew the project to a multi-dimensional training program involving career mentorship, creative programming, rehearsal technique, and audition prep.
